Refunds and cancellation

Committing to a year should not be a gamble. If GrowProfit isn’t right for you, here is exactly when you get your money back, and how to stop a plan renewing.

1. When you get a refund

2. How to ask

Open Billing in your account, find the invoice and choose “Request refund”, with a short reason. Eligible requests are approved automatically; anything else goes to our team, who will reply within 2 business days.

3. How the money comes back

We issue a GST credit note against the original invoice and refund to the original payment method.
Refunds usually reach you within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or UPI app.
A full refund of a first purchase returns the workspace to its post-trial state: read-only, with your data kept.

4. Cancelling auto-renewal

You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from Billing. You keep full access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and nothing renews after that. We remind you before every annual renewal, so a charge never comes as a surprise.

5. If a payment fails or a plan ends

A failed renewal gets 7 days with full access while you pay.
After that, or when a plan ends, the workspace becomes read-only. Your data is kept, and every report stays downloadable.
When a free trial ends without a purchase, data is kept read-only for 180 days, then deleted.
You can export everything, or delete your workspace, at any time.
