Terms of service

GrowProfit is provided by Inspirelabs Solutions Limited, a company registered in India (CIN U74999TG2017PLC115610) with its registered office at 21st Floor, OneWest Building, Narsinghi Nanakramguda Service Road, Hyderabad 500030 (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using GrowProfit you agree to these terms, our privacy notice and our refunds and cancellation policy. If you use GrowProfit for a business, a family office or your clients, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.

GrowProfit reads the statements you give it and turns them into one record of what you own, what it earned, the capital gains it produced and where each figure came from.

• It never places trades, moves money or holds your funds.
• It does not give investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.
• It is not a stockbroker, investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager or mutual fund distributor.
• Capital-gains figures are prepared for review with your CA. Your tax filings remain your responsibility. See the disclaimer.

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Minors can be included in a family’s records only by a parent or lawful guardian.
• Give accurate details and keep them current. Keep your password and two-factor device safe; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Each workspace has one owner, who controls billing, members, exports and deletion. Members you invite act within the access you give them.
• Tell us at once if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

You keep ownership of everything you upload or enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide GrowProfit to you, as the privacy notice describes. You can export it at any time on every plan.

If you add data about other people, such as family members, the entities you manage or your clients, you confirm you have their authority or another lawful basis to do so, and that you’ll act on their rights requests where they come to you.

New workspaces get a 14-day free trial of their plan, with no payment method needed. When a trial ends without a purchase, the workspace becomes read-only and its data is kept for 180 days, then deleted. You can buy at any time during those 180 days to pick up where you left off.

Plans, what each includes and their prices are published on our pricing page before anything is charged. Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST, which is added at the applicable rate. Every payment gets a GST invoice, and every refund or adjustment a credit note.

Upgrades take effect immediately, with a prorated charge for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.

• Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period if you’ve set up UPI Autopay or a card mandate. We remind you before an annual renewal.
• You can turn off auto-renewal at any time and keep full access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• If a renewal payment fails, you get 7 days with full access to pay. After that the workspace becomes read-only until you do; your data is not deleted.

Refunds follow our refunds and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: a full refund within 7 days of your first annual purchase, and on an automatic renewal within 7 days if nobody has used the workspace since, and any billing error refunded at any time.

Don’t use GrowProfit to:

• Upload data you have no right to hold, or files that contain malware.
• Try to reach another customer’s data, test our security without written permission, or overload the service.
• Copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product.
• Break any law, including securities, tax, data-protection and anti-money-laundering laws.

We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk, and will tell you why unless the law or security prevents it.

Every import shows you a preview before anything is recorded, and can be undone. Where GrowProfit can’t know a value, it shows “—” rather than a guess. Every transaction keeps the file and row it came from, so you can check it.

Figures depend on the statements and prices we receive. Third-party statements can be wrong or late, market prices may be delayed, and values you enter (such as property) are yours. Check figures that matter before you rely on them.

Some features rely on others: brokers, depositories, fund registrars and statement services, market-data providers, and our payment processor. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability or accuracy. Connecting one is always your choice and can be undone.

GrowProfit, its software, design and brand belong to us. These terms give you a right to use the service while your account is active; they don’t transfer any ownership. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

We work to keep GrowProfit available and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change or improve features. If we remove something material from a plan you’ve paid for, we’ll tell you in advance and, if it’s significant to you, refund the unused part of your period.

You can stop using GrowProfit and delete your workspace at any time; deletion is recoverable for 7 days, then permanent. We may end or suspend an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, after notice where reasonable. Either way, you can export your data first, except where the law prevents it.

GrowProfit is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties that it will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for investment, trading or tax decisions you make using it.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profits or opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

If someone brings a claim against us because you uploaded data you had no right to hold, or broke these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before going to court, please write to us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it. Courts at Hyderabad have exclusive jurisdiction.

We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of material changes, by email and in the product. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before they take effect, and the refund policy applies.
